It was a pleasure to attend the Wappenham Village Fete last weekend and to draw the winners of the raffle! To see so many people coming together to raise money to save the Village Hall was heartening 
This hall, designed by Sir George Gilbert Scott, is a treasured part of Wappenham’s history and community life - it is vital we pull together to save it for future generations to come. 
Events like this are a fantastic reminder of the strength of our rural communities and what can be achieved when people come together.
