Last week I visited Avara Foods in Brackley to meet the team, including COO Chris Hall. Avara is one of the UK’s biggest food businesses supplying British chicken and turkey to some of the largest supermarkets and restaurants in the country.
They also have a fantastic apprenticeship scheme (for qualifications in agriculture, engineering, operations, technical, logistics, finance and HR) that is giving many local young people a start in the professional world.
