Nearly 5,000 people in South Northamptonshire have spoken: NO to digital IDs 
This scheme is unnecessary, expensive and vulnerable. It is a dangerous gimmick that risks creeping state control and could cost taxpayers at least £1.8 billion - with no clear plan or funding.
The devil is in the detail and without the detail the devil is at play and the public will pay.
