Tackling Flooding Across South Northamptonshire

Our area has seen devastating local flooding in recent months.

This includes areas like Grendon, Bugbrooke and Kislingbury, where affected residents have been forced to move out of their homes for months as repair work is carried out. I am particularly concerned for the welfare of the many young families who are in temporary accommodation whilst their homes are repaired.

I am committed to working with all stakeholders including the Environment Agency, West Northamptonshire Council and local parish councils to ensure that we do all we can to prevent disasters such as these from happening again.
